The most shocking experience with Mann Country Wide at this branch is when we were in the process of making offer to a repossession property. We were receiving calls from them shortly after we have made offer, they were telling us the offers (i.e. actual figure) made by another customer. They were acting as an auctioneer which is not acceptable professional practice. They are slow in response, poor in communication, inconsistent in providing information. Overall it was a frustrating experience.

Take my advice, use a different agent, worst agent ever used, had far more contact from an agent I wasn't using interestingly.
