Terrible agency put our health at risk through out the whole pandamic they had viewings in the property today during full lockdown. We recived no notice of this and it was against the law this is the WORST agency in world they have no respect for tenants and only care about money please avoid at all costs.

Landlords direct ltd, trust property solutions, and roof top letting agency are all one company but only the later named as umbrella company for others. Don't ever go with these people. They continued to take out money out my account after I had given up my tenancy. Awful experience. Contacted them multiple times in a 3 week period, trying to renew my rental agreement and was told repeatedly that 'Sarah' was the only one dealing with my property and would call me back. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
