We used Ferris and Co to rent for 4 years. We where happy by the time when the old ladies where in charge at the Bearsted office bak in 2016. However when ** became Manager of the Bearsted office everything got worse. She haired that office BOY * and discrimination started. We where renting the flat Above them and the next door *** guys where horrible. They was using our only parking space they stole our bin broke our outside lamp they where so noisy they where parking their van in front of our entrance also their bins where blocking my car. Whenever I complaint to * he was just finding excuses and defending them. I heard so many times he making jocks with the *** guy behind my back. Our last property we rented from them had heating issues I complained for a year but that * had really bad attitude towards me I just stopped complaining to them and contacted the landlord who was really nice guy. DO NOT BELIEVE TO THE GOOD REVIEWS THEY WRITE THEM THEMSELVES! We have friends renting from them but they are complaining about * bad attitude and discriminative language as well. He is so arrogant! Finally we bought house this year and got rid off them.

Wish I had read the reviews before committing with them. The inspections are very invasive and they demand absurd things, e.g. the outside of the windows needs cleaning, the grass is too long, the door is dusty,etc., very childish. Where to start. Unrealistic inspection requirements. They inspect properties four times a year. The house can't even look lived in by their standards.
