We have just bought our new house through Simon Colligan and cannot recommend them enough. We have had some really bad experiences with estate agents but this was totally different. They were so helpful from start to finish from arranging viewings to keeping us updated throughout the whole process. Jill was was absolutely brilliant and would phone us to update us regularly as the seller had a few problems with their new home which caused delays but she kept us updated and passed messages between us and the sellers.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
