Very bad people on call centre my shower is broken I don't have any hot water on my home from 25 the told me make hot water by kettle and have shower what stupid man on phone today is 1 January I still not have hot water not been repair

Absolutely disgraceful. I am disabled and have mental health problems and they sent me a letter to do my garden. I explained i couldn't and need help even with a grant. Was told hire someone. I cant afford it. I keep emailing and no reply in over a month ive sent 6 ... Read Full Review

Worst housing association ever I have lived with a mouse infestation for nearly 5 years and nothing has been done I am expected to catch them myself and then they will fill the holes with sealant and you see a mouse the very next day. Holy god where do i start .. we have a neighbour who's anti social beyond words think they are untouchable reported it all to the law nothing has been done rang emh to report it all nothing is getting sorted its a living hell . Work and pay full rent plus service charges..this housing association is the worst if ever had to deal with..do not repair their properties, leave you with mould, say they're coming and don't turn up..rogue landlord, can't understand why they have not been took to court over their ...
