Steve was friendly and professional, he did a great job at selling Trigglets to us and the house was sold within 10 days of going on the market. Sadly that's where the positives end. What followed was a frustrating 4 months of appalling communication, unreturned phone calls and unanswered emails. We had little, but mostly zero, updates in the after sale, in fact we got more updates from third parties. There were no progress checks, they were unable to give us vital information whilst we were being contacted by outside companies. There was lack of communication with our solicitors which led to unncessary confusion. We discussed our concerns with Steve months ago, he accepted communication hadn't met their standards, yet nothing changed and right up to completion we were left to make our own calls and gain our own updates. It was not the high quality service that was sold to us in the beginning. We would never use these agents again and would definitely not recommend them.
