Dean and his team were excellent throughout. We had a number of valuations, Welden Edwards were competitively priced, Dean's valuation of our difficult to evaluate, individual rural property in a rapidly changing market was sensible, with excellent advice about expectations. He advised us on key steps to take to prepare the property prior to marketing. Another agent, at twice the price suggested a lower valuation (and at the time had four other properties in our tiny village for sale - and they are still unsold today). Viewing responses weren't initially as high as we'd hoped, but the team were assiduous in marketing, contacting prospective purchasers and giving us feedback. Natalie and Charlie conducted the viewings in a professional, positive way, and Chloe in the office provided excellent communication when needed. The buyers they found within a couple of months were perfect for our quirky place, the sale progressed smoothly and fast; and we know they’ll love it as much as we did. Highly recommended.
