Extremely disappointing service from this estate agency. When house purchase seemed to be going through Liz Dennison & staff appeared willing and engaged however when sellers pulled out no response or willingness to engage! House wasn’t on the market which should have been a red flag however, we were reassured at every point the sellers were keen and all was well. 5 weeks into sale the sellers pulled out, they had doubts from from the off which we weren’t aware of - it’s pretty clear sellers were ‘nudged’ to sell but weren’t ready. What’s worse is that after the grief of losing the house I messaged them to keep us in mind for any future properties as we were at risk of a ruptured chain. No response at all - couldn’t believe it, not even a courtesy response. Avoid this business people, untrustworthy and not professional.
