Demands referencing funds from each prospective tenant, pockets the money, tells prospective tenant they are unsuccessful, moves onto next one. Finding many ways to keep deposits. Mr Wicks will find anyway way possible to evict good tenants to enable new tenants so that he can charge new admin, referencing costs. Mr Wicks does not carry out any repairs or inspections.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Mr wicks is doing a very good of ruining the local community by continuously turning good people down for properties to make money. I believe the community would benefit if he took his business else where.
