We used Michael Tuck for a probate sale. A large Victorian house in need of total refurbishment, not your normal family home sale. From start to finish we were kept well informed of progress. We were notified of viewings and the feed back from these viewings. The final sale was handled very professionally as potential buyers went to highest and final bids. It was a pleasure to deal with everyone at the office - especially as we were dealing with this from distance. From agreeing particulars to accepting an offer was around two weeks, thanks in no small part to the preparation and effort put in by the Michael Tuck staff. They even arranged for minor repairs at a very reasonable;e cost.
