The agent gave an honest & accurate assessment of our property including an entirely plausable plan for its marketing, (unlike 2 other agents where the lowest was £50,000 under & the highest £75,000 over). Details were provided of other properties which have sold & those that were currently on the market & the reasons for the price of ours. Keys were left with the agent & they quickly introduced a committed buyer. A price was tendered & the agent was able to negotiate a completely acceptable price at just 0.5% from the marketing price. Throughout the process the agent remained diligent & up to date with all developments resulting in an exchange of Contract less than 10 weeks from receipt of the buyers' formal offer. If asked, I will fully recommend Ashley & Peck for an excellent job well done.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
