Savills came in and valued my house at £700,000. As soon as I had signed the contract they then advised it needed 'tweaking' slightly.... down to £595,000. Once it was listed, they then ignored me completely, gave me zero feedback, secured a handful of viewings in three months, none of which resulted in an offer. I actually felt very hurt and upset by the way I was treated as it was a big decision to sell the house, and it had huge emotional value. In the end I ended the contract and found another agent who actually communicated .... would never use again sadly.
