After having dealt with this agency for a flat I was renting and having had such exceptional and understanding service I feel I must share my experience. From the beginning the service I received was both professional and efficient, considerably enhanced for me by the personal touches which never made me feel I was just one more tenant. Everything was set up smoothly and every communication or query responded to quickly and efficiently throughout my tenancy. However, as always with most services, it is how things pan out when something goes wrong which is perhaps the most telling and when things didn't work out for me with the tenancy DPS not just stepped up to the mark but, in my opinion, went above and beyond. Thanks to their actions and understanding they took all the stress out of something which could have been a terrible experience for me and I continue to be very grateful to each and every member of staff for their kindness, instant action and professional and personal ethics.
