My wife and I have bought and sold 3 properties over the past few years while moving around and we have never had the experience we've had here. The extra lengths they went to were impressive. I won't go into detail as I don't want people to expect it from them each time but on more than one occasion they went completely out of their way to ensure everything went smoothly. Other agencies expect the seller to do everything, don't contribute much and then take their fee but this was the first time the agent truly deserved every penny. Unsure if it's just this office or a company-wide ethos but at minimum would recommend this branch to everyone.
