Just wanted to give particular props to Benji Wollery, without him we were basically lost. He was super helpful, and a very sound bloke who has the answers to every question and explains everything so there wasn't any confusion at all. Would fully recommend his agency and especially him.

When renting through Cintra, you may be given a property maintenance company. This company are called Ridgemoor properties, though they are a subsidiary of Cintra and share the same office - avoid them at all cost.
