I have been using the Lettings Company for at least the last 10 years. I have always found the client relationship with the company to have been excellent. Our dealings were always handled in a most professional manner. Valuations were accurate and generally above my own expectation. At the outset of the relationship the services that the company would provide were clearly explained leaving no room for misunderstanding. The finding of clients, all the necessary paperwork to the handing over of keys was always handled most professionally. The same would apply to the overall management of the properties. To any future client I can certainly recommend Lettings Company!

I have been a client of lettings company for over 8 years. Very good at getting referenced tenants and quick to let out. Very reasonably priced for maintaining the let on a monthly basis, collecting rents etc. Very helpful and I would happily recommend them to perspective ... Read Full Review
