Professionalism/ excellent customer service. I have used Key Properties for nearly ten years and they never disappoint. The service I receive from Mark and the team in the office is excellent, they are both polite and efficient. Mark has a strong network around him which helps to deliver all the above and deal with any issues that occur in a timely, efficient and effective way. I have never had any issues and would highly recommend for an easy, proffesional service.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
