After another Estate Agent (no names mentioned!) put my house up for sale last year, they couldn't get the price that they had told me it was worth. (I thought it was too high at the time but they convinced me that they had 'many waiting buyers') I then got Best Homes in who were very professional & re-valued it properly. With the proper marketing of my house I am very grateful that it then resulted in a quick sale which I was very impressed with. I will never use another Estate Agent again They truly are the BEST HOMES!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
