Hello Craig I viewed the property 24 Lupin Road Lincoln yesterday, below are my observations Very well presented interior in excellent condition, clean and tidy, no worries. However I take issue with your description of the accommodation 1. Bedroom1 described as 'Large' whereas I considered it to be small. 2. Bedroom2 described as 'Expansive' cool choice of words when it was by any measure tiny. 3. 'Generously' sized rear garden, in fact small. 4. And the 'Guide Price....' echoes of John McEnroe's frequent outburst " You cannot be serious?" Your choice of adjectives stretches my incredulity of our language to breaking point. Seriously, I think an element of truth wouldn't go amiss when publishing such misleading information. 'Lovelle' not to be trusted is my final comment. I shall not be be making an offer. Micheal was brilliant took me step by step, assisted with arranging letters for local council , the whole team were professional, helpful .
