<p>** Never use this company for a commercial property rental. Disgraceful they operate as a company, own rules, run by a self obsessed individual. No suprise he has money when he likes to rip off tenants. All nice and friendly till they blackmail you into a lease. BEWARE AT ALL COSTS!</p>
