Very bad experience with Scott. Returned the house cleaner then when moving in, but still didn’t get my deposit back in full. I have been receiving fake pictures to proof damages I didn’t make. Never want to deal with this agency again. Avoid if you can.

Horrendous experience with Scott. Very dismissive, unhelpful and disrespectful. We had to terminate our tenancy early because of Covid, Scott was not willing to provide an invoice detailing the listing fees, he claimed we did not have the house professionally clean which was inaccurate. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
