I was a tenant in one of their properties this year and have been appalled by how much of our deposit they have deducted despite us spending hours cleaning the property prior to checking out. Especially considering the current environment where they have benefited from our final £2100 rent installment (X6 tenants!!!) with bills included when no one was in the property for months! It’s upsetting, being a student and feeling like the agency have been able to manipulate and take advantage of the situation. We had minor issues that they slowly dealt with throughout the year however initially they failed to reply to one tenants query and only dealt with it after a negative review was left, after that they replied and dealt with the query in return for deleting the view! Don’t be fooled by what you read as it’s highly likely the negative reviews left they ask to be taken down. Be careful before choosing Nottingham Lettings as your agency if you are a student in Nottingham!

I was a tenant for one of their properties in the previous year. The house had a leak which took them 3 months to inspect and 'fix', and absolutely no apology nor concern was given.
