Poor experience with Sewell Lettings began from move-in, when upon arrival the rental property was dirty throughout from previous tenant but Director signed inventory as in good condition. Awful mould problem in the property which was not dealt with. Failure to resolve lack of hot water over Christmas period. Refusal to give a reference to new landlord without payment - very immoral and illustrates that the companies only concern is money, not the residents of the properties they live in. Also turned up on numerous occasions without prior notice to show prospective tenants around the property, including late at night! Awful!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
