If it could’ve been “0” for attitude then that’s what it would be. The staff that did viewings were brilliant and most informative. When the negotiator was trying to get the price raised from lower asking price to the upper one it took over a week, when we were advised that our offer had been accepted we were harassed for our proof of of ID, Solicitor and funds. Unfortunately my mother of 83 had fallen that morning and I was at hospital with her so my husband could not contact me, he was even asked if he could go to hospital to see me in these times of corona virus do they not know you can’t just wander into hospital. He then received a call around 2pm to say they had now gone to the other person wanting the property and offered it to them. We had to wait all week and they couldn’t wait more than 4 hours....thanks for ending a stressful day with more stress and upset
