We had a really bad experience with Ivy Gate. Before we rent a house in Kingston we had to chase a lot of our agent and it was the same after we moved out. Also, we were in trouble getting back our deposit and because of their unresponsiveness, it was really difficult to get to its end. Also when they gave us the keys, didn't even show the house, just gave us the keys at the front door. I can't call it a great service at all.
