I was looking for a property to rent and I had to chase for one month to do one viewing. They hardly pick up the phone and when they finally do, they don't return calls. They were never available on the dates and times that worked for me. In the end, they told me the viewing was not possible and cancelled. Lack of respect for clients and made me lose my time.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
