Amazing choice of student accommodation. I’ve been a loc8me tenant for the last two years of uni. Both student houses I stayed in were soo nice. Never had any problems with them. The property managers I had were both really good and would sort stuff out straight away when we told them about it. Made uni life really easy and would definitely recommend to students coming out of halls.

The worst letting agent in Lincoln. Whilst I was a tenant they changed their name to Live with Us, however it is still Loc8me, operated by the same staff from the same office. Rude and unprofessional. That's the best way to describe Loc8me. If you have any problems that they can't be bothered to deal with (and we're talking major issues that impact your quality of life) they will simply not respond. You dare leave it to the last day to pay your rent ... Read Full Review

Had such a great experience living with Loc8me ! There is a level of interaction with the staff that is unmatched and really eases the worry of renting for the first time! I lived with loc8me for the 19/20 year and although we had some teething issues, which I think can be expected in every student house, they dealt With it all excellently and helped us at every hurdle we came across. Hello! I lived under these landlords from July '18 to June '19 and it actually started out fine, they listened to our maintenance complaints, however there were very few. What agent could do to change your mind?
Actually fix the problems with the house we report to them. Stop spending their money to hold \'Free Pizza Events\' and direct it towards more useful pursuits like replacing boilers that have produced no hot water in two months.

Fine. Not unreasonable and cheap as far as student lettings often go.
