Purchasing very high value properties, however the lady was extremely rude to me as a HNW buyer and came across as lazy her response to everything was send an email. I got the impression that they think posting a badly written ad on a property portal and renting a central london address is all it takes to sell properties. I would never buy from this agency under any circumstances, but potential sellers should know that they are willing to put the phone down on buyers such as myself when asking basic questions about the properties due to the lack of information given in the avert.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
