An absolute disgrace as a managing agent for letting properties avoid at all costs. Their failure to adequately carry out proper inspections and ensure that the property is returned in the condition it was let is shameful. They should be embarrassed

I contacted 11 days ago requesting a viewing on property I have sold mine and was desperately trying to find somewhere I rang at 1pm having no reply I rang again at 5pm was assured by same woman she was still trying to get in,touch with the vendor to arrange a viewing and would call me the next ... For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
