I have had a negative experience with these agents and that is before I have even had the opportunity of viewing. As a result, I am unlikely to use them or recommend them. As a property owner I would like to think that prospective buyers are encouraged rather than insulted. I was advised that I had been rude after requesting an email when telephoned whilst driving my car.
