Kerry was amazing! I was really pushed for time, on realising my desperation, and without being asked, she made it happen by arranging and accompanying me on my viewing ON HWR DAY OFF!! That's the level of commitment I received from her throughout. From my first telephone conversation with her she was so thorough in wanting to know what I wanted that the process of running through it clarified things even for me! Thanks Kerry for all your help.

What agent could do to change your mind?
They took one thousand pounds off the fees, but the amount I got for my property was less than originally promised and no good reason for this was given.

Initially the agent was OK. Agreed with all my requirements which were better than other agents in the area.
