Rubbish. Hard to talk to anyone, phones hardly ever answered and if they do answer they do nothing about your request. They do not up date you on things that need to know. e.g the person in charge of our property was ill and then went on holiday. I was emailing him but of course was getting no reply. It just needed an out of office automated reply. Also he had as far as I know answer machine on his phone. In the end I just tried every phone number I could find in their office and said I was very unhappy with their service and I would like to speak to a supervisor if things did not change.
