Awulf service. Estate agent she is rude unprofessional ..Spoke to me like she owned the place. Therefor she lost me as a possible buyer. I think she don't like her job. Her approach is pushy and rude

You had no complaints then and you had plenty of time to appreciate the property. The lady that you mention in the office is Kelly and I do apologise if she has been rude to you and I will investigate but you never mentioned anything to my face when we met...
