If I could rate Ryder and Dutton less than one star I would. Had two properties on the market with them in the last two few years, one was £750 to sell and the other was 8k . Their reason for this was, that it's more expensive to sell higher value property, but I successfully managed to reduce 8k to 5k. Then on two occasions I have been refused a viewing on properties because they made an assumption that I'm not in a position to purchase. I didn't realise they were furnished with my financial status. They were constantly asking me to reduce the price as if this was some kind of target, instead of doing what they should do like opening viewings, changing marketing information and they don't appear to have the sellers interest at heart. When you complain they respond with arrogance. Ryder and Dutton aren't who they used to be!

One of your viewing requests was declined because the seller had already received multiple offers in excess of their asking price and requested no further viewings take place. We can arrange a viewing for the other property as soon as you provide your proof of funds which you have offered to send to us - Please be assured we are following the same process for everyone at the moment in an attempt to ensure that those who view our properties are in a proceedable position, as well as limiting the number of face to face viewings due to Covid-19. I revisited your property in February to carry out a marketing review, change your property description and also offered to take a new set of photos in order to freshen up the listing. Unfortunately, your property remained unsold which is why we suggested a price reduction. Our selling fees are on a sliding scale in relation to property value, and also differ depending on the location of the property. I have since responded to you directly to address your concerns, and if I can be of any further assistance, then please do not hesitate to contact me. Best regards
