This company took my money and kept it without giving me any real estate in exchange leading to a serious financial loss which I am now fighting in court to recover. They made severe misrepresentations to me and signed the contract under the wrong legal entity then started pushing me aggressively to pay the money. The moment I paid the money was gone for ever. Please exercise extreme caution when dealing with this agent!

17 Mar 2024No， I can confirm it is alesco. They do not respondenten after sales. Expect that you will need legal assistance after. I'm looking gor mine.

20 Aug 2025Alesco scammed me as well. Big losses, courts, police… I hope justice will be done to them.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
