Be warned that this agency only gives 15 min viewings but doesn't give prospective buyers that information. Consequently we were speedily moved around a property (with the agent unable to open some doors because of no keys) and then bundled out. The agent then sped off in his car. Maybe there were faults in the property he didn't want us to notice? Or maybe they want to give the impression of being busy? When we complained, all we got was some airhead woman reciting a sales mantra about how successful they were, and did we want to book another viewing?! Err no thanks.

5 Jan 2023You were fortunate to get 15 mins. my viewing slot on a property was reduce to 5 mins. due to a overrun and the agency rep. wanting to rush off elsewhere. When I tried to point out how unreasonable this was, his curt and dismissive response and attitude to me he was downright rude and hostile. I checked myself, as at the time i thought this actually warrants a smack in the face, you ignorant and self-centered 'prat'. Terrible and unwarranted level, or lack, of 'customer' service (to me anyway!). Wouldn't touch them with a barge pole.
