By far one of the worst companies I have ever come across. From rude staff to the terrible managing director who is Alex. His behaviour was both unprofessional and extremely rude. A simple request from my end with regards to an apartment I was looking to rent turned into disgusting vocal abuse from him and I’m still in complete shock that such abuse could come from someone who is supposed to own a company!

We came across carltons whilst trying to find a flat around islington. They were useless, taking us to properties that were unsuitable and nothing like we specified. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
