We bought a house through them, they stated in the description and in the advertising that it is all high standard, But the reality was different, unfinished plastering, painting, skirting boards..., defective roof and boiler. Seemingly they can’t tell the difference between high spec (ikea, cannot be described as high spec) and a botched up diy job. They were all for the seller as they were friends with them, which made the transaction unprofessional.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
