An absolutely terrible letting agent. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID, do NOT give your hard-earned cash to this lot. The London housing market is average at best but this is NOT an excuse for the shoddiness of Kenneth Lloyds. The flat was absolutely filthy when I moved in, I was told my room would be cleaned beforehand but this was 100% not the case. The agents let themselves into the property at all hours without knocking and without notice, then claimed this was acceptable since we were all renting separate rooms on separate contracts. It's disgusting and made us all feel extremely unsafe. When things were broken or badly in need of a simple repair, my emails were often ignored or answered saying that they had other priorities in other flats. Their emails and communication were not only sporadic, but sometimes impossible to read or understand as the standard of English was so bad. They had a very quick staff turnover, which I was never surprised by if they treat their staff the same way they treat their tenants, which is with the utmost disrespect. The agents were almost certainly pretending that the flat was not being rented out in order to avoid paying extra tax on the property, we received post threatening legal action which Kenneth Lloyds did not care about. This made us feel unsafe and conned. The agents threatened me verbally. I was astounded to get out of this situation with my sanity intact. Do NOT rent with Kenneth Lloyds, take your business elsewhere.

Kenneth Lloyds should be closed down and thug Imran Hussain arrested. No HMO licence, illegal partition to maximise profit, no planning permission and illegal trespassing. Agents fees are fair due to the fact they were excellent in their renovation of the property.
Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
