Worst experience ive had. This is probably the most disgusting person you can rent a room with. Problems at every corner, John leaves EVERTHING to the last possible second and tries to find every possible reason not to help you out. DO NOT RECOMMEND Pay a little more and rent with ANYBODY else!!!!! Look at all the reviews carefully. Most of them are fake 5 star reviews, saying the same things over and over again. On another site, only the first 2 reviews are bad and legit, EVERY single one after that sounds made up and tries to counter the points made in the first 2 reviews.

16 May 2020We are disappointed by your negative and ill founded review and do not agree with your remarks. All issues during your tenancy were dealt with in a timely manner and we even attended call outs during Sunday hours. We also strongly object to your remarks that some of our reviews are fake and we have many satisfied customers and tenants. We made every effort to make your stay in the property more comfortable and feel that the real reason for your review is due to your constant failure to adhere to the terms of your tenancy agreement, including late or incorrect payment of rent, failure to keep the property clean, tidy and secure and inability to communicate issues to us. Our staff members were also subjected to ongoing rudeness, intimidation and abuse from you to the point where we were unable to receive any more of your telephone calls.
