Been a Haart tenant for a year now. I moved to Loughborough from the U.S and found out that the property I agreed on renting was falsely advertised online. The bathroom drawers were broken, the fireplace and microwave were not operating. and chairs were unfit to sit on. Having paid a cleaning fee, I was shocked to find piles of trash hidden underneath the sofas. To make matters worse, I found out that there were rat feces in the boiler room. Currently, I have been waiting for five months for someone to come and fix the collapsed fence, and three months to fix the laundry machine. I have been spending a tremendous amount of time writting e-mails to the property manager, Rami, and trying to make those people do the job they are paid to do. Having to deal with such unethical and lying individuals is very painful.
