After a phone call then meeting Edward everything seemed great. My house didn't sell in the Auction but a local person offered a cash buy day after. We were both told that the house would exchange on March 11th 2020. It didn't and he decided to withdraw his offer because of this with no reason or contact from Town and Property Auctioneers. They didn't contact me to let me know and after i contacted them they insisted the buyer had not withdrawn and was still buying!! After many txt msgs and emails to them they have ignored and not contacted me. Disgusting.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
