After hearing genuine concerns and legitimate complaints from the Highgate Swains lane residents community group that further gas leaks and other oil leakage problems had started recurring again from recently new tenants renting out the new units, this presented a serious plethora of red flags for many people. Even since the devastating 2017 explosion the Earl of Listowel and many others did have a point that total assurances from future explosions and ongoing issues cannot be ever ruled out indefinitely. With the palpable connections alone building new flats on ground connected to the catastrophic explosion is one indictment,health and safety issues/breaches is certainly another.
