I had the most horrible experience with this agency from The agency from Bilstol West Midlands. Had the credit checks with 1 month before the date of the contract, but waited with 2 days before to tell me a story that the landlord is not UK and they can't rent the property. They left me on the street and I need to wait to be refunded for the fees that I have payed. Sophia Mitchell MARLA the manager started to scream at us!!! Horrible experience, horrible people!!!! DO NOT TRUST!!!!!!
