I would strongly urge anyone thinking of renting a property marketed by Key Drummond to think again. While my tenancy was largely uneventful, it was when I came to leave that Key Drummond's unprofessionalism, incompetence and lack of empathy really came to the surface. Having agreed an early departure date with both Key Drummond and the property's landlord and moved out on that agreed date, I was then landed with an additional rent bill of £600 when new tenants delayed their own move-in date by three weeks - no fault of my own, but this additional rent was, nonetheless, deducted from my deposit. Then, today, more than seven months after I moved out, Key Drummond dropped an 'unpaid' gas and electricity bill final demand on my lap for the period of time AFTER I had moved out and before the new tenants moved in. A period of time during which the property was empty, nobody was using any gas or electric and I had supplied meter readings and paid my own bill up to the date I moved out. So, more than seven months after thinking I would never have to deal with Key Drummond or the landlord again, I have just paid a bill of £129, which I was not responsible for, simply to make them all go away. Please avoid this agency. There are a host of superb sales and lettings agencies in the Ashley Cross area, particularly Martin & Co, where the staff are professional, courteous and empathetic towards tenants - everything Key Drummond are not.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
