I would never use this agency. Joseph Murphy was all (transparent) charm until our offer was accepted. He was then aggressive and unpleasant to deal with, even though we discovered faults within their listing which caused the issues with the purchase. It did go through, but only because we really wanted the property. If this had not been the case, I would have walked away on principle. Sellers, they may put buyers off or lose you a sale... we were very close.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Not had Joseph Murphy on the staff- so aggressive and money driven.

Orchards of Acton London are the most unprofessional and crooked estate agents that I have come across, as well as incompetent and exploitative. The agent could have made sure everything was in order, as they promised. It is painful to pay some one for a service that they did not actually do.
