I advise anyone who is thinking of letting a room or place with this agent to RUN AWAY!! I've never had such a bad experience with a letting agent, and I've now been letting properties in London for 6 years. It took over 15 emails to them about a serious issue in the shared flat that I lived in which involved aggression and bullying from another tenant before they replied, and even when they replied, they just said they would look into the issue but didn't see it as an issue. If you rent a place with them and have a problem, good luck ever getting it resolved!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
