Rented a property for 2 years as a student through Flax & Co. always replied to emails within hours, really straight forward and easy to chat to. No issues whatsoever, paid deposit back quickly with no problems (accepted that wear and tear occurs in a student building unlike many agents/landlords). Best agents I’ve rented through so far. Would highly recommend.

😠I had a very disappointing experience with Flax & Co. They confirmed a viewing us even though the property had already been taken down from listings earlier in the day. I even emailed to doublecheck that the viewing was still valid, and they reassured me that it was. However, only half an hour... Read Full Review

They organized a fake viewing even though the house had already been given to someone else. Completely dishonest and disrespectful of customers’ time.
