DO NOT USE THESE AGENTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO LIVE IN HELL. Over the years I have seen tactics by these agents as borderline illegal. The fact that they still have their licence is unbelievable, I will describe below their previous actions for you to to make up your own mind which is the point of review. I would also cast doubt on the other overly favourable reviews here, they seem to be lacking any details of any kind. Details of illegal actions by H.R. Agents at Canalside Studios N15FB 2-4 Orsman Road, London: • Illegal concrete fortifications in public space of Carpark limiting walking to your own front door and a general fire hazard • Illegal dumping of shipping containers in front of my own front door. Requested from Hackney Council to be removed by force. • Illegal use of a commercial property in front of the tenets front doors. • No sound proofing of any of the flats; when requested the response was 'Stick some toilet paper in your ears and you will be fine'. Thanks. • Searching through the public records of signatures of tenants from Hackney Town hall to cross check if they have been sending complaints about a cafe connected to the building. Legal but Orwellian on many levels. • Illegal 24 hour evictions of tenants, I have seen this first hand many times times. • Threatening of legal action over small items to prove a point of power and undisputed authority without remorse. Due to the forced review process they receive a single gold star, after this I will be requesting this site can enforce a zero star review. These dark-art agents deserve far less than one star; you would have to put effort into getting one of those. I can only warn you stay away from these 'Harvey' types as if it was hi-grade Russian Nuclear Waste that had been accidentally scrambled into your morning eggs. I can only think that even forked tongued reptiles have a code of honour amongst their own.

I’m afraid you are giving your review to the wrong company... we rent properties in Canalside studios but we are not the landlords nor have we ever had anything to do with the actions you mention in any way shape or form. I would kindly ask that you remove your review and aim your frustrations at your landlord.

12 Nov 2020This review should not be left for us as we are not the managing agents or owners of the building and as such, have no power over any of what has been described. We also, do not condone the landlords behaviour with regards to these actions. Please could this review be removed. If it is not, it will be treated as libel and our solicitors will be taking action accordingly, including seeking damages.

Truly herroundoues management. They vanish the moment you sign the tenancy agreement. Emails and phone calls go completely ignored. If I could give 0 stars I would. All agents are extremely lazy, unhelpful and quite frankly incompetent. My housemates and I spent our entire tenancy chasing them on various issues to do with the house, some took up to 4 months to be handled. Their lack of urgency and concern on these issues left ... Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
