I can’t say enough good things about this estate agents. I loved being a tenant with them, which is not something I’ve ever said about an estate agents. They made the process of getting my apartment so unbelievably straightforward and positive. No hassle or fees or messing around. Whenever I had a problem it was quickly taken care of and they were easy to reach when needed. If I could have, I wouldn’t have left them to be honest. Sadly another agent had the apartment I wanted but they’ll be top of my list when I next look to move. Deposit was returned with no trouble either which was also a new experience for me. I really don’t have anything negative to say about them. They are the template for which I wish other agencies would follow!
